Each trip is different, rent accordingly!
We offer the lowest rental prices to assure our customers benefit from utilizing our service. For example, an $800 Tumi suitcase can rent as low as $5 per day; if an individual were to travel 5 times a year, with a combined 30 days of total travel, the estimated spend is $150 (30 x $5). That’s smart travel.
Airlugg offers a variety of benefits other than savings such as:

Airlugg was designed for any traveler, however frequent travelers may not find it economical or convenient when traveling weekly. However, with our very wide selection, there may be travel occasions where we would come in handy, such as family vacations, golf trips, or any other ordinary travel that requires a more custom luggage assortment.

Your Airlugg rental period starts on the day you receive your luggage delivery, and ends on the day your rental is picked up.
Currently we require 24-hour notice in order to deliver your rental. However, we are working hard on same day delivery, coming soon!
All luggage items are available for rent only. However, select Extras are available for purchase. Most purchases are perishable or personal items that do not meet our hygiene requirements for rentals. Click here to learn more about our purchasable items.
Rentals are identified with a cost per day (for example: $5/day). All purchased items show a flat dollar amount (for example, $35). You can view your purchases summary in the footer as well as in your summary upon checkout.
Upon checkout, Airlugg will charge you for the total amount of rentals and purchases. On certain rentals, additional deposits may be required. In the event that you have extended your duration of the rental, additional charges will apply and be reflected on the final receipt, which is provided upon your return.
Airlugg does not have any affiliation, connection or association with any other company or manufacturer at this time. Airlugg currently does not buy direct from any manufacturer.

Airlugg will notify you via email to remind you of your return a day prior to the rental end date. A return can be requested in your account under the rental status where you will find a Return Request submission. Upon receiving your return request, an Airlugg representative will confirm a suitable pick up time.
All rental orders are delivered locally by 3rd party courier services. 2 hours prior to delivery you will be notified to confirm your scheduled drop off.
You may return items within 24 hours of receiving your rental. We request that you inspect your rental item upon receipt and notify us if anything is missing or not to your satisfaction.
If you decide to cancel an entire or partial rental due to travel changes, you will be charged the appropriate delivery fees and will receive a full refund on your rentals. Any purchase may be returned as long as it is in its in original condition and unopened in order to receive a full refund. Any purchases returned not in their original condition will not be accepted for refund. Normal charges will be applied to the credit card on file.

Our merchandise team carefully curates all our products, which are required to meet our corporate quality & safety standards. Airlugg only works with known brands to assure that quality & safety standards are met.
All luggage undergoes an extensive cleaning process to assure each piece is entirely disinfected and clean for a new rental.
Although we stand behind our luggage quality, damages can occur from traveling & airline handling. Airlugg will determine the cause of damage and will handle any claims with third parties. In the event the luggage is severely damaged during its travels, Airlugg will work on an appropriate replacement to continue the journey. Please note, Airlugg retains the sole right to determine if the luggage is lost or damaged, and the costs to be charged for repair, replacement, or cleaning.
Unfortunately as of now we don’t offer any tracking solutions on our rentals. Our team of engineers is working on hard to implement this for your upcoming travel.
